On this journey of the senses, you can experience dishes such as tuna and pickled salmon with cannelloni, guacamole and ginger jelly, pork belly with carrots, bacon and cumin jus and a dazzling dessert of whisky-infused blackberries with coffee ice-cream and white chocolate foam. Three courses of this adventurous cuisine is £60 per person.
